All TEAM Pilates Instructor Trainings are led by a Nationally Certified Pilates Instructor.  Courses are associated with Balanced Body Education and are in accordance with current Pilates Method Alliance (PMA) guidelines. We believe that due to the rapid increase of interest in the Pilates Method over the past ten years, it is crucial that the industry continually examine the professional standards set forth by its members. The main focus of TEAM Pilates Instructor Trainings is to educate students on the Pilates Method according to the teachings of Joseph and Clara Pilates.

Anatomy in 3 Dimensions (or equivalent A&P Course)

Movement Principles and Mat Modules 1 and 2

Apparatus Modules (Reformer 1, 2, 3, Trapeze, Chair, Barrels and small apparatus).

Complete the Final Comprehensive Test Out
(Practical and Written Components).
AND complete the PMA National Written Exam.
